Frame - Lightweight
The dual-drive motorcycle frame structure is patented.it is made of 6061 T6 aluminum alloy, maximizing the strength-to-weight ratio.
The front and rear dual-drive system utilizes mature proprietary techniques to create the frame structure, ensuring the highest quality and durability while providing optimal center stability.
Motor
BAFANG 1000W geared rear motor, each motor with 100 Nm of Torque sensing.
Battery
The shell of battery is using high-quality 4mm thick aluminum alloy material and is internally filled with gel to facilitate better and uniform heat dissipation. This design prevents self-ignition and enhances features such as waterproofing and shock resistance, with an IP67 waterproof rating. It comes equipped with a double safety protected Battery Management System (BMS) and a fuse module to prevent overcharging, over-discharging, overloading, and short circuits. The battery utilizes top-notch Samsung 50GB premium 21700 cells, with a total capacity of 52V40Ah, providing up to 2080Wh. This battery can offer a range of up to 175 miles in pedal-assist mode and over 70 miles in throttle-only mode. With a full charge in 4 hours and proper maintenance, the battery life can extend up to 5 years.
The battery comes with a one-year warranty.
Display
The intelligent TFT display screen allows you full control over the electric motorycle's driving functions. The color backlit LCD provides highly visible statistical data - in both daytime and nighttime conditions and all riding scenarios. The lightweight display is a 3.5-inch color TFT screen with a clock function.
Front Fork
Customized dual shoulder front fork suspension system. These high-end forks use AL 7075 tubing, sturdy rubber seals, a front motor shaft with a 10mm slotted axle with anti-rotation reinforcement claw-through axle design, providing enhanced strength and reliability. These forks are specifically designed for heavy-duty electric bicycles, offering 80mm of travel through a coil and air hydraulic spring system.
rear Shock
The Emotrocycle is equipped with a central linkage rear suspension system. The durable KKE MK-AR shock absorber features a nitrogen-charged oil damping internal floating piston, a hard chrome-plated 12mm damping rod, and integrated temperature compensation. The shock absorber has a spring force value of 750 pounds, providing up to 45mm of travel.
We have fine-tuned this suspension system to give the vehicle perfect handling performance.
Front Light
Each motorcycle Comes with an LED wide-voltage front light. The 100LM variable voltage white light can provide a broad and deep view even in the darkest environments. Additionally, it is durable and waterproof.
Rear Light
Combined with LED light strips, it features brake light and night light functions.
Tires
Using VEE off-road performance tires with specifications of 24-3.0, these tires integrate the best performance from multiple fields. They offer higher stability and impact resistance, along with a larger contact area that increases traction on soft terrains, providing a more comfortable riding experience.
The block-patterned tire surface provides better grip on all paths, from smooth asphalt roads to soft gravel. With a durable tire body and puncture-resistant layer design, they protect against wear and damage from sharp debris, preventing punctures and maintaining smooth rolling.
Brakes Systm
The R1 rear-drive electric motorcycle using 4-piston DOT custom hydraulic disc brakes, providing to the emotorcycle with robust braking performance, By using a 203mm brake disc on the front wheel and the rear wheel, perfect balance and powerful braking force are provided where needed.
The R1's custom forged aluminum brake body, rigid hose casing, and non-corrosive mineral oil help prevent brake pad overheating and maintain reliable braking performance when you need it most.
With a built-in power-off sensor, the raised modular brake lever not only cuts off the motor power but also warns nearby drivers by activating a high-visibility brake light.

The rear-drive Motor is equipped with a meticulously crafted seat, featuring a durable waterproof housing and designed with careful consideration for ergonomics, allowing riders to adjust the position of the seat according to their preferences. This customization enables personalized comfort, providing a luxurious riding experience.
